Welcome to Whole You Fertility and my free mini course. I am so glad you’re here! I know you’re probably here because your experience of trying to conceive has become difficult, possibly isolating, maybe even overwhelming. You may be feeling hopeless and helpless. I want you to start feeling better right away and I know that with these skills you can feel better, even when it feels like everything is falling apart.

I want you to start with the material entitled “The Earth in Chinese Medicine”. This is a lesson from Stage 2: Restore of my program. First, watch the video and follow along with the PDF that is provided. Once you’ve had a chance to familiarize yourself with the concepts in the video and you have worked with the two acupressure points, then you can move on to listening to the audio track that is included. Please watch the video and read the PDF first, otherwise you won’t know what the points are and it won’t make sense to you. Practice using these points as often as you like and listen to the audio to support your practice.

Use the other videos and audios in whatever order you like. Be sure to explore what is available and check out what seems most interesting to you. These resources will give you a taste of some of the skills I will teach you. They can help you create calm, manage difficult emotions, become reacquainted with your body and start to feel better!
